About Manufatu
A place to find people who make, create, repair, build and care — and for makers to work well.
For clients
Find a professional through their page, with real photos of their work, and ask for a quote or buy directly.
What was agreed stays on record: every version of the quote, every accepted change, each step of the work with photos, and the delivery you accept.
When you pay through Manufatu, payment follows what was agreed in the quote — for example a deposit and the rest on delivery — and every payment is recorded on the order.
For makers
A professional page for your work, with portfolio, items and prices, and one place for quotes, orders, messages and reviews.
M, your business assistant, helps you keep track of each job and answer clients — always showing what will happen before acting.
Creating the page is free.
What Manufatu does and doesn't do
Manufatu records what was agreed, follows each stage and keeps the history from start to finish, so it's clear what was agreed, paid, promised and delivered.
The work is done by the professional: Manufatu doesn't make the product, provide the service or set prices.
